Can I transfer a website account to a new team?
I paid for a website for a spring season team that is now dissolved. My daughter is now on an all-star team. Is there a way to convert the spring teams website to the all-star team without paying another $20? I don't need the old site.

If it is on the same device we can change the team your website points to. We can't change the name of the website, but we can make it point to a different team on the same device. Just email us at support@iscoresports.com with your Customer ID and the website URL and tell us which team you would like it to point to instead.

OK. Thanks for the quick reply. I just need to decide if it is worth $20 to have the website address named for the proper team.
If I decide to just abandon the old site and pay for a new one, do they automatically charge a $20 renewal fee next year? Do I need to notify anyone that I don't want to renew?

Renewals are not automatic on the team websites, and no, you do not need to notify anyone.

FTM - for benefit of all...
Is that categorically true Not automatic, for both in app and on line purchases regardless or payment method and type?
I thought I recalled an option when purchased to automatically renew.. I can not recall if that was a payment method option (aka pay pal or apple) or just my imagination..
Can you re verify for community, the statement is categorically true regardless of payment or purchase method, team sites will not automatically renew..

Team Websites are NEVER auto-renewed. A warning message appears at the top of the site when you are close to expiration, and it includes a link to renew.
MLB Rosters are auto-renewed if purchased through PayPal becasue they are a recurring subscription. MLB Rosters are not auto-renewed if purcahsed through in app purchase (Apple did not support subscriptions when we added MLB Rosters to the app).
