Embedding Picasa slideshow

Post by danmcc » Mon May 24, 2010 7:29 am

I have embedded a Picasa slide show on the photos page but is goes through once then has an arrow that when clicked goes to the Picasa website that has the pics. How can I make this a continuous loop?

Sorry... we don't happen to use Picassa, but hopefully someone that does sees this and can help out.

jkeith, I had the web folder for picasa open in another browser so when I clicked the arrow it took me back to that open browser. When I closed the browser the link back stopped.

I closed all my browsers then went to my website and it all worked out. When I had a browser open the link took me back to the open browser.

FYI - if you are a mobile me user, you can easily embed mobile me photo galleries into the iscore team web site photo section ....as an alternative to picasa ...

You Get all the iPhoto/iPhone/iPad integration that comes with mobile me, integrated into your iscore team web site....

here is how easy it is to do ...
1) Copy the URL of Your Mobile Me Gallery, Album or Photo
example, http://gallery.me.com/YourMobileMeName" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
or http://gallery.me.com/YourMobileMeName/AlbumNumber" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

2) Log on to your iscore team web site as an administrator,

3) click the photo section menu button, scroll down and paste your mobile me gallery URL into the bottom box, click Set

4) refresh your web page. because you are done.

Your mobile me gallery will now open inside the iscore team web site with all the features and functionality as if accessed directly from a web browser.

I am not a web expert by a long shot and I have only embedded my pics on the photos page. However I think if you use the insert image, put in your url in the text box the slideshow might work. Hopefully with the number of great sites in the showcase one of those webmasters can share their knowledge.
