pitch location not working

i just got this product and can't get the pitch location to work on my ipod touch.. i have "pitch location first" select and it still doesn't work.

can anyone help.

What symptoms are you seeing that it is not working? When you select the pitch locations and review the Scorecard for the game are you not seeing your pitch locations on the speckle chart for the pitcher?

yes, please describe what "not working" means in more detail... also, are you on iPad or iPhone?
does it work when you have "pitch location second" ? .are you able to "flip" to the pitch screen?
is their an issue with speed dial? or the pitch type? or is the location placement the issue?
or as ftm asked, is it the scorecard display?

Keep in mind that when you locate each pitch it clears when the next pitch is located. Touch the speckle chart box located below the pitch speed on the left hand side. It will show you all the pitches that you have located for the current pitcher.

i don't even get the screen to do a pitch location. The screen that is up is the field screen and i can enter a ball or strike. if another screen should be coming up to enter picth location... it is NOT showing.

i have an ipod touch...

Flick the screen to the left... just put your finger on the main scoring screen, and slide it left to reveal the pitch location screen. You can "flick it back" when done. Sometimes people will do all scoring from the pitch location screen until a ball is in play.
