Team and player data not saving

Post by rexrode » Thu Jun 10, 2010 7:43 pm

We are new to iscore I am having problems with player and team rosters not saving. Hit the save button and it just slides off the screen never to be found again. Thanks

The majority of the time this is because users have turned the "All" league off. If you go to League Manager, and make sure the "All" league is selected, this will usually make the data show.

If you check and All is already checked, then if you can export your database to us (got to Options->Export) and email your customer ID (bottom left of Options screen) to support@iscorecentral.com, and include a brief description of what is happening, we should be able to help you that way.

If you truly want to start completely from scratch, you can uninstall iScore, and reinstall... this will reset your database. If you would like us to take a look at your database to see what has happened, you can export and email us as we suggested in the other thread. Thank you.
