Pitching change mid-batter

Pitching change mid-batter

Tonight I had a situation where pitcher A ran up a 3-1 count before being lifted for pitcher B who threw a ball. 10.16(h) indicates that the walk and the batter/runner belongs to pitcher A ,but iScore gave the walk to pitcher B.
