Yes... the fix for MLB stats was put in right away and is included with the next release.

My current baseball season is about half over, is it possible that I will be able to enjoy the next version before the 2010 season runs out on September 7 or am I looking at getting the upgrade after that and then using it next year?

Will definitely be out before September 7th. We don't have a date, but we are pretty sure it can be counted in weeks at this point, not months.

Hey FTM,

I know you do not control how long it takes for the next version to be approved and made available from Apple but you had implied that we would be counting by weeks and not months. It is now "1 month" since your last reply about an update on the horizon, are we getting any closer to knowing when the next version will be available?

We are still hoping to submit to Apple any day now... we have been doing final testing. Adding editable stats is a tricky issue and we want to make sure everything is working very smoothly.
