iScorecast: Could Not retrieve game.

Could Not retrieve game.

Every time I enter my customer ID this is what I get.

Does this only work while I'm actually in play mode, or can I see everthing after the game is over?

As long as iScorecast was running when you scored the game, you should be able to view the game at any time using iScorecast. If you scored the game without iScorecast, you can still go to Game Manager and select the game you want to make available for iScorecast, and then select "i-ScoreCast Synchronize" and the game will be sent up to the scorecast server.
