I'm having no problems emailing, but export still won't work. How about data sharing? I'm having trouble accessing my data from another device.

The only thing that should not be working (and our Hosting Provider is still working on it) is Export. And the larger your database is (i.e. the more games you've scored), the higher the likelihood your export will fail. For people with just a few games, even Export will work fine.

We believe we have mentioned who our provider is in the past (GoDaddy), and it is frustrating when we have issues because we wind up spending tons of time troubleshooting to tell them what is wrong with their system, and they do not listen to what we tell them. They have a huge process they go through, we get a response, we tell them why their response is wrong, and the cycle repeats. We have to prove every time there is an issue that it is not our code even though this particular code (exporting) has been running unchanged for over a year now.

That being said, we do intend to change providers as soon as possible, but it takes a lot of planning to prevent downtime (data has to be transferred, domains changed, etc), so we certainly did not want to do it during the heart of the Spring youth baseball season. Now many folks are in All Stars, so we are trying to get through this period as best we can.

During the off season, changing providers to a more robust, reliable, and responsive provider will be a top priority.

Thank you again for your understanding and patience while we work to resolve the issue.

We just got another update from GoDaddy, and at this point they are flat out lying to us. They said they ran a test script we gave them to prove the issue is on their end, and we do logging when it is run, and can clearly see they did not run it successfully. We have asked them once again to verify the tests, and will keep the forum updated with the results.

goDaddy is great for a personal web site, but they aren't so good for anything with any volume. I unfortunately have a customer on another ISP that's pretty much as bad as GoDaddy. I have a customer on HostSomething, and they have been excellent. You might consider them when you are looking for a new ISP. (I am not affiliated with them in any way other than supporting a customer web site there.)

I have been having this same issue. Additionally, I tried to log into my user account online with my sername and password, and it keeps telling me that my username and/or password is incorrect!

Crfarmer, welcome to the board.
Although I am not privy to the actual issue that FTM is dealing with, my experience with FTM is that they respond quickly and work tirelessly to support iScore. There have been issues with GoDaddy in the past but not even close to the delay we are currently experiencing. I see you are new to the board and have not had the positive experiences of FTM's support over the last year as I have been, however I am confident that FTM is doing everything in their power to resolve the recent issue.

GoDaddy just notified us that it is NOW WORKING. They have not given us an explanation for the failure, but our guess it is something they are embarrassed about as all their initial ideas that involved something wrong with our end they readily gave detailed information about. Now that it is resolved, all they said is that it is resolved. We will still be trying to get an explanation for the failure, and intend to migrate to another host as soon as there is a good opportunity to do so.

Thank you again for all your patience in the matter.
