Cannot Export Data

We just did a few more tests... if we have 3G enabled, export is failing. If we force 3G off, and are definitely using WiFi, then export is successful.

This leads us to believe there are issues with AT&T's network right now which would not suprise us considering the issues they've had the last couple days with people trying to order the new iPhone and their systems coming to a halt.

still unable to export (in Ohio (today).. ~3:30eastern).

WIFI. not 3G.
(I Have tested my internet connectivity, all fine/very strong. upload 400 kbits/sec
have powered down handheld (slide off) and restarted.

also unable to "iScoreCast synch" a previously scored game..
"Transmission Failed.. a network error prevented transmission from finishing"

Am able to email game stats and scorebook

I disabled 3G and was able to export as of two minutes ago. Thanks for the help.

I turned off 3g (maybe I'm incorrect, but I thought the 3g slider just forced the phone into Edge, not turn the cell data-side off completely), connected to wifi, and was still unable to export. Everything else on the phone seems normal data-wise, ie. radar apps, stock market apps, etc.

It appears there is some connectivity issues to our hosting provider. For any "technical folks" out there, if you run a:

"tracert data.iscorecentral.com" you may see some issues with some of the hops.

We are hoping these are cleared up shortly.

We would recommend not doing an import during this period of time. If you happen to do an import that says it is Successful, but do not see your data, do NOT do an export. You can try and import again, and you should eventually get a Success. It would be better to wait for this issue to clear up however. Unfortunately this is part of what we have to deal with on the internet.

As of this morning (EDT), still can't export. According to my wife, there were widespread internet problems yesterday (affected Ohio State Univ. IS). e-mail of data works, but not export.

Still no export this morning. iScoreCast sync works fine, email stats works fine.

Just wanted to give a status report :)

status update.... still having trouble (at least in ohio) on Export and iScoreCast Synch.

Realize the folks that need to be working on it are. just wanted to keep community posted.
