I tried hard and soft turning the iphone on. My export will still not export it the way it should. Now what?

Are you able to go to http://iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; with Safari on your device (verifies you have connection from your device to our server).

Are you connecting with 3G or WiFi? (or do you know?) You can try going to Settings on your device and turning off either the 3G or the WiFi to force using one vs the other. If your database is getting large (looks like you have been a long time user), then you may really need a WiFi connection to export as the 3G will be quite slow.

Let us know if any of the above helps.
