Pitching change after game - can't assign as losing pitcher

Post by marshall.caldwell » Thu Jun 10, 2010 10:08 pm

I forgot to make a pitching change at the bottom of the 9th. After the game completed at the end of the 9th, I went to pitch by pitch and made the substitution. When I tried to set that pitcher as the losing pitcher, he did not show up in the list of pitchers.

After making the substitution, try exiting out of the application and going back in and see if you can assign the losing pitcher at that point. It is possible the list of pitchers for the game is not "refreshing" when you sub a new pitcher in, but exiting and re-entering the app will make sure your pitching changes is loaded for the purpose of selecting winning/losing pitchers.

I have exited and come back in, the pitcher is still not showing up in the list.

Do the statistics show him as having pitched at all during the game?

If you can export your database (Options->Export), and email us your customer ID (bottom left of Options) to support@iscorecentral.com, and include which game it is, and which pitcher you are trying to assign the loss to, we can take a look at your database.
