Nothing but balls & strikes

When I log onto the "live" scoring (using my account id) there is nothing but the Ball & strike indicators that show any action going on. You do not see any results from a ball in play, any runners, nothing... The only sound is a crowd noise background.

Are there settings I need to adjust but do not see?? Not sure what the problem is.

I am using a MacBook Pro & and iPad.

I am trying to score the game on the iPad while watching the Mac to see how it works... and it just isnt.

do you have the iscorecast enabled in options menu?
(this needs to be on for real time streaming,)

I have it set to "on" in the settings on my iPad.

I can log into scorecast, select the game. From then as I score items on my iPad, I cannot see them happen as I "watch" the game on my MacBook. All that shows any action is the ball & strike lights. The score updates as runners score, but NO pitch by pitch data, NO info on what batters or runners are doing, the field is blank.

I can see the game is active, just no play by play at all, or anything on the field.

ok,. so we know iPad is talking to iScoreCast server.

Next, if you have not already, try refreshing/restarting your browser..
(using current version of safari and flash i presume?)

YUP... updated Flash before I posted. It was pretty recent, but updated anyway. Then restarted.

OHHHH!! I figured it out!!! Even though I had the i-Scorecast set to "on" I needed to push the "synchronize" button at the bottom of my game info page under "options". Now it is working great!!! Thank you Ohio Tex for trying to help. It is always nice when you get a quick reply in a forum!!
