Return to game after leaving iScore

Post by jojolemon » Sun May 16, 2010 9:23 pm

After scoring 35 games using iScore this spring, my #1 enhancement request has to be that when you leave iScore during an active game, that the app return to the spot you left when you restart iScore. I (more often than I'd like) leave iScore during a game to look something up (or to do any number of things...reply to a text or a tweet) and then find it very tedious to have to start iScore, select Game Manager, select the game that's in progress, and then select the Play button before I'm finally back at the spot I need to be. I can see that if you're not actively scoring a game, it makes sense to start at the main menu when you launch iScore but it really doesn't if you're scoring a game. I need to get back there quickly when I'm in the middle of a game.

# 2 request: add the notes I take during a game to the PDF scorecards. I really hate going back-and-forth between the play-by-play and my scorecard after the game to fill in the notes by hand on my scorecards.

There are a few other things but those are the two biggies for me.

And, once again, I stress that I do not score all the games so overall stats mean almost nothing to me. I understand that those are vitally important to people who keep stats for a team. For me, I'm much more interested in the details of individual games I'm able to attend.

Thanks for a truly useful and really nice app.

Both of those requests are pretty high on our priority list already. You can expect to see them very soon. Thank you for the feedback.
