Infield Fly Button

FTM, I would recommend renaming the "Infield Fly" button on the Batter got out menu to "Infield Fly Rule" or some variation thereof to distinguish it as a rule rather then just a placement (A fly ball in the infield), as well as removing it as an option when there are 2 outs.

I don't think we have ever had anyone be confused by this (or at least they have not reported it), but we will see if the text fits in the button. Thank you.
