Lost Player Stats/Importing a game
After quite a few games, I decided to reorganize by teams (i.e., Smith SantaAna, Brown SantaAna) vs. first and last names so the players would be grouped together on the player list.
Somehow I must have deleted some (unfortunately, on my teams) because they and their cumulative stats went missing. I reentered them from the point I noticed it.
I previously exported each games' stats to my email. Is there an easy way for me to import it to my Itouch and overwrite the existing games? Or do I have to delete all of the games and re-enter them one by one?
thanks!

Re: Lost Player Stats/Importing a game
The first thing to always check is Leagues. Make sure the All league is enabled, and if it is, and you still do not see the players, then yes, you have deleted the players. iScore gives a strong warning about deleting players, so if you saw that warning and still pressed OK, then you must have really wanted to delete the player.
Sending emails is not the same as exporting. Sending emails will send a static copy of the data to your in email (CSV, PDF, HTML, etc). Exporting (from Options->Export) actually sends a copy of your database to our servers. If you have done an export, we actually keep 4 backups, so may have an old copy of your data. If you think that may be the case, and would like to recover some of that old data, you can email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com.

The ALL LEAGUE turned out to be the cure !

From player manager at the bottom is a button to merge.

MORE problems on this issue...
I was able to successfully retrieve/merge the individual player history for the missing players following your League/toggle on and merge suggestions, thank you.
However, when I run the Team Stats, only the last 5 games (the ones I have entered since the 'crash') are showing.
What can I do to get a total player history showing in the Team Stats function?
tia! (and TY for the welcome!)

Re: Lost Player Stats/Importing a game
Try going back to the games that aren't posting and play then exit. That will refresh the stats calculation, I had to do this on some games in the past.

Re: Lost Player Stats/Importing a game
NEVER MIND !! I just saw that there is a MERGE function in the Teams Stats, and I noticed that (due to the player history merge) I had two OVHS and RedSox teams. I combined each of the teams, now I only have one of each, and, VOILA ! Complete playing history.
(I'd done the exit/refresh thing earlier, BTW. It didn't help.)
THANK YOU !! What a great forum and great support !
