Not able to find a team when other members can

I’m unable to find Nitro Dodgers 9U Travel baseball team when other members can. I’ve tried numerous times and nothing comes up for them. I even purchased premium membership in hopes that would work. I deleted the app and reinstalled it several times and that doesn’t work. What can I do?

I just did a search for "nitro" in Games: Search and did NOT see a "Nitro Dodgers 9u travel" game in results...

This can be caused by a few things. #1 game is outside date range, #2 scorekeeper has not enabled iscorecast or #3 scorekeeper has intentionally marked game for non public search.

You can verify with your scorekeeper that he is broadcaating and has not hidden the game .. but even if he has hidden the game from search he or a friend can email you link.

If a friend has found the game in iscore central, he can email you a game link ( using the three dot menu in upper right of play by play screen)..

When you get the email, open the game, then since you have premium subscription, you can use the three dot menu to save team as favroite. You can then find games using TEAM FAVORITES

What is the timeline for being able to see a team? We have our first game this Saturday and fans are unable to find the team.

People who have a paid subscription can change the settings for how far in advance (or back) they want to see games when searching.

The default for anyone that does not have a subscription is 2 days in the past and 1 day into the future.

If you have a subscription in iScore Central, tap the 3 bars in the upper left, tap Settings, then tap Favorites and you can set the range that you want to search.
