- Data Sharing You will now be able to share games/rosters between devices through Bluetooth (OS3.0+ only --- future versions of iScore are going to require OS 3.0+) or over the internet. If you have multiple people that share scoring responsibilities from game to game, or if multiple teams in a league have scorekeepers using iScore, you can now share game or roster data with them, and all cumulative stats can be maintained. (NOTE: The iPad version will be getting this ability with its next update as well)
- Player / Team Merge Have you ever accidentally created a second player and scored an entire game or games with the second player? Or created two teams that were really the same and want to combine the results? Now you can with the merging capabilities
- New Game Info fields - Several new fields you have been asking for - Location. Weather, Field Conditions, Notes. Added the ability to edit the names of the teams that participated in a game (which can be different than the names of the teams in Team Manager over time)
- Left On Base stat in Box Score - great stat to see how many runners were left on base for each team
- Several new Out Types (runner passing another runner, batting out of order, stepping out of batters box, etc) - accounts for many of the oddest outs you can come across. Also an "Other" option to account for miscellaneous local rules
- Notes can be assigned to previous or current pitch. After an amazing play, the note can now be associated with that play instead of appearing as the first comment on the next pitch
- Store game settings (# Fielders, # inning in game) to use as defaults for next new game
- Scatter charts now show previous 20 at bats instead of all at bats to avoid being too busy
- Quick plays now default to Grounder instead of previous hit type when appropriate
- Team Colors and Short Names We now allowing selection of team colors and entering of an abbreviation for each team. Right now, this info is stored with the team. In future updates, we will take more advantage of the data if it has been entered.
- Many other minor bug fixes and enhancements

iScore Basebal v2.60 Submitted
Version 2.60 of iScore Baseball has been submitted to the App Store. The following are some of the highlights from this release:
Re: iScore Basebal v2.60 Submitted
Does this version also have the change so that the team name will not be overwritten when updating the MLB teams? Also, where there any changes to the format of the CSV files that can be mailed out?

No format changes to the CSV file in this release. The MLB team names also still overwrite. We will make sure to get the "no updating of team names" into the next release --- which will be very quick. This one took a long time because of the work involved in data sharing. We made it look simple, but that was actually quite a complex process to make sure stats could be synchronized across teams / players scored from multiple devices.
The follow up release will probably be within a week or so of approval of this one, and has some changes that will fit with doing updates to the MLB processing.

OK, thanks - I will continue to hold off on downloading the MLB rosters then until the next release. The last thing I want to do is go in again and fix all those team names!
Re: iScore Basebal v2.60 Submitted
Will the update recalculate stats for previous games? We are 5 games into our season, will I be able to update previous games to show the left on base stat?

Yes, you will be able to view the left on base stat for previous games. It is only a "team stat" for now, not at the individual level, but we will be adding it at the individual level in the future as well.
