Scorecast Game Not Loading

In Scorecast one game will not load. Message keeps saying "Updating".
Game in question is El Toro vs. Merced. All other games load just fine.
Was told that this happened during the live playing of the game where it quit broadcasting and people got the "Updating" message.

Sometimes this can happen if there is a poor internet connection (wish Apple would start supporting Verizon). To correct after the fact, you can go to Game Manager, select the game that is having the issue, scroll down to i-ScoreCast Synchronize, and press that. It will send the game up to the iScorecast server again, and you should be able to view it online.

Tried re-synchronizing. Also tried deleting game in iscorecentral and re-synchronizing and still doesn't load.

If you can export your database and email us your customer ID (bottom left of options screen) to support@fasterthanmonkeys.com with a description of the game you are trying to view, we will take a look and see what is going on with your data.

Follow up: I emailed info to support and the problem was due to a bug in the program where an apostrophe in my notes caused a problem. The response from support was beyond expectation, being resolved in a very short time.
