Wrong pitcher in lineup

Result : At the end of the game, the stats for the pitcher were attributed to the pitcher figuring on my starting lineup instead to the subs pitcher who pitched the entire game

In this case, how can I restitute the stats from one pitcher to the other ??

Go to pitch by pitch, edit the first pitch of the game, and sub in the correct pitcher.
