Stats datas missing

Post by triple » Sat Jun 04, 2016 6:00 am

I usally send the stats through email to our stats manager after our 2 regular games of the evening for years without any problem.
This time, for this specific game, many datas are missing and still missing after several attempt...
As a tester, I sent the stats of the 2 previous games AND the 2 latest games which followed the one with the problem and they all went through the email without any missing datas :!:

The only special situation is that the 2 games in question ended up with a tie (5-5 and 4-4) which never happened before.

When I look at the GAME INFO page, I have the board with the info in each of the 7 innings of play including the numbers of Runs Hits Errors Left on base
I also get all the " pitch by pitch/ edit game" info
When I look at both team Stats, I get "0" for the 2 teams (no player's name, no averages...)
NO team pitching stats but,
I do get all the info under the SCOREBOOK view with the stats at the bottom of the page for each inning and for both team

I have the winning and loosing pitcher's name...

With the pitch by pitch records, could it be possible to re-establish the stats?...or in any other way??

Should I print the scorebook info and re-write the entire games

Try using the Recalc button when viewing the stats for the game, then email the stats again.

Are the games Final? I suspect not..

On your device. In game manager, do you have an F after the score or an 8

You mention ending in a tie. The device may think game going to extra (8th) innings. If an inning after score not F. You need to end the game and stats will calculate

To end game
Go into game, hit play, under MISC menu, tap end game.

Hi,
I'm having the same issue with all my stats missing. I use the leagues to track our weekly tournaments, then email the coach cumulative stats and league stats after each tournament. In my games, I can look at the scorecard, but all the fielding and hitting stats for both teams are zeroed out. When I go to the team, and try to pull up stats, it's just a line of zeroes. I have ALL Leagues ON, plus a couple others. When I go to player manager, there are no players at all listed. I've tried shutting down my device and restarting. I've also tried exporting the games so they show up on the website, but it is not working, the last games showing up are from a couple months ago. When I look at data synchronization, it shows all games have already been sent. I've thought about uninstalling and reinstalling, but I'm afraid to lose the two months of games that I can't see on the website. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Steph Breck

Same suggestion as given above... go into the games and be sure they are "finished". If you scheduled for 9 innings and it ended early (or whatever number of innings and it ended early), but sure the use Misc-> End Game. You can also try using the Recalc button when viewing the stats to force stat calculation.

Yeah, I tried those...always use Misc>End Game, and tried recalc and still just a row of zeroes. I feel like there's an error in the app, I haven't changed what I'm doing, but ALL stats are gone, not just this weekend. Thanks for the reply.

If you do an Options -> Export and send a PM with your customer ID and tell us specifically what team/stats you are looking at, we can take a look at your data.

...I re-wrote the game entirely using the PITCH BY PITCH and ended the game as suggested and everything went fine.

On the same pITCH BY PITCH page, don't forget to correct the date because you will have this game re-write at the today's date

I'm unable to export, it keeps failing. Every game, every team, every player, and all stats for every player is gone, it was all there last week when I sent stats to the coach. Games are still there with scores and scorecards, but nothing else. I'll pm the info. Thanks.
