I used the app about two years ago and now I want to use again and see the old stats. I don't have the device anymore and therefore I don't know my admin username and password. Is there anything I can do to get in?

Do you know the old device ID #? 10 alpha numeric ID
Had you purchased a team web site? And know the name or url address.
Had you registered your device to an email address .. Test at my.iscorecentral.com
