Saved iscorecasts on website

Previous iscorecasts have disappeared from our team website. Do you know if there is a reason for this? Any way to get them back other than opening each game and re-synchronizing?

Is it possible you got a new device? If the customer ID of the scorekeeper's device changes, the old iScorecasts would have to be iScorecast Synchronized from the new device. Other than that, the only thing that should cause them to no longer be available would be if they were removed with the Delete iScorecast option. If neither of these apply in your situation, if you send us the team website link and customer ID associated with the site in a PM here, we can take a look at your data to see what we can find.
