Teams randomly appear and disappear

I have a new 5th generation Kindle Fire. I created teams, but the teams randomly appear and disappear on the device. No rhyme or reason. Everything on the website is fine. Games that I was able to create appear with the teams intact. It is only the list of teams that is affected.

If I try to recreate the team, the device tells me that the team already exists even though it does not appear in the team list.

I see you have been a member for a long time so I suspect you are not a rookie w Iscore..

I have not heard of this before , so My only thought is making sure leagues set to all. But I assume you have tried that

It sounds like the app may not have finished installing correctly on the Kindle Fire. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling iScore and see if the issue goes away. If this does not resolve the issue, please do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com along with a quick description of what you are seeing with exact steps you are using and we can try and reproduce the issue with your data.
