Player information not sharing between devices

Hey everyone. Thanks in advance for your help. I've got one android device and one ipad. I created a roster on the android device and then exported the data. On the ipad, I was able to data share by pulling the information from the web by using the user id and password of the android device. The original roster had 11 players. I added an additional player to the roster on the ipad device and exported the data. I then used the user id and password of the ipad device to data share from my android device. For some reason I cannot see the player that was added. What am I missing?

When I log into the admin site using the ipad information I can see the player on the roster for the team. Thanks again for any help!

When you use Data Sharing, if a team already exists on a device, it will not be listed again for data sharing. You can either delete the team, then data share again, or you can use the "Discover" option. Discover will actually add missing players to a roster. To use this, go to Team Manager, select Discover Team, select iScore, Device, and enter the Customer ID of the device to copy from, then the password. It will add any missing players when you discover this way.
