Active players missing from Defensive Substitution page

Admitted noob here and I have run into an issue.

I am using the Android version on a tablet. The team has thirteen players on the roster set to active. When I check the game roster from within the game screen, I see all thirteen players.

In trying to perform defensive substitutions, only 11 of the players show in the defensive sub window meaning I am unable to perform substitutions with the other two players. However, all thirteen players do show in the batting window.

What do I need to do to allow all players on the roster to show available for defensive substitutions?

I've tried multiple searches in the forum and cannot find this issue addressed. Maybe I just don't know what to search on.

Beyond that, the program worked great this weekend during the tournament. Just had to keep track on paper where the substitutions were happening that I could not log in the program

You should be able to scroll up and down the sub list by placing your finger in the list and flicking up/down. If that is not working for you, please do an Options-> Export from your device in iScore and email your customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com and let us know specifically which game and which substitution you are trying to make, and what type of device you have specifically so we can try and reproduce the issue on a similar device here.

Took a look about what you said about flicking the names. The problem arose because I was using the tablet in landscape vice portrait mode. In landscape mode the bottom two names were cut off the bottom of the substitution screen and would not slide up when i tried "flicking" the screen. Seems like the window should allow for scrolling but it did not happen. I am using a Galaxy Tab S 10.4.

Is there a way to change this or should I just get use to using the tablet in portrait orientation.

We definitely want to fix this, we just need to reproduce it. We will try on a galaxy tab here in landscape mode to see if we can reproduce. It may still be helpful if you can export and email us your customer ID and which game in case it is anything specific to your data.

I have had the same issue with a Galaxy Tab S 10". I just tried it with 13 players and can only see 11 with no scroll. My solution was to go into roster and slide the subs up to 11 or above and then they would show. It malfunctions in landscape but works in portrait.

Tonync - that was the same way i got access to some players this weekend. Seems like in landscape mode the bottom of the window is off the bottom of the screen. The program thinks the window is fully in view thus no scrolling is enabled in window.
