Customer ID/PW not recognized when logging in
Customer ID/PW not recognized when logging in
I get an error saying Customer ID/PW not recognized when logging into my.iscorecentral.com. I have troubleshooted and done the export successfully, changed my password, but am still receiving this error. I have purchased a team website but I think I need this Customer ID to be valid in order to data share with another scorekeeper. Any suggestions would be fabulous.

If you can email the customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and a brief explanation of what you have tried, we can try logging into your account from a computer here to see if we have the same issue.
