iPad died

Post by mgruhn » Wed May 06, 2015 6:28 am

I've scored seven games into our season, and after completing last night's game, it appears that my iPad has died. It won't turn on or anything. Is there any way that I can access the data that was saved through these first seven games? Can I use a different iPad and login using the same login info and then have access to the data? Is there a customer ID I can retrieve to gain access to my data? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with any information you have about your account (link to an iScorecast game, the customer ID if you wrote it down, any email you may have emailed stats data to, or the email you registered your device to), we can check the server to see what data is available for your account.

Looks like I was able to revive the iPad. What do I do to protect myself from losing everything if this should happen again?

Just be sure to do an Options -> Export after each game you score and your data will be backed up on the iScore servers.
