Data sharing

I'm trying to get some games from a buddy. I go to data sharing then get from web put his ID and password in and get wrong ID. What am I doing wrong?

I'll look at his device tomorrow and see if he gave me the right ID

Be sure he has done an Options -> Export from his device as well so the data is available on the iScore servers.

He did an options export. And I viewed his ID and password. Tried again an still invalid.

The password is case sensitive, so be sure to enter the correct case. If you want to email what you are trying to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look and see what is going on.
