How does "hold to set" work?

When you enter a pitch type and speed, then hold the Hold to Set button, it will remember that pitch type and speed, so you can then tap it for a pitch to enter that pitch type / speed instead of having to enter each separately. The idea is that a pitcher will typically only have a few pitches they throw, and generally about the same speed, so this gives a shortcut for entering those pitches.
