Discover Team issue

Hi, I'm trying to download team rosters from Retrosheet (I have an active subscription) and I am getting an error loading page message. I have rebooted my iPad and it still doesn't work. All other WiFi and network items on the iPad are fine. Please advise.

I don't know what changed but discover team is now working fine.
