Put a Game Back in Que once Synced

Post by gpagolf » Tue Nov 04, 2014 5:46 am

Is there a way to get a game to sync again once it has been synced. My overall stats for the division are not updating after I fixed an issue where the starting pitcher was not assigned in the first inning. His stats showed unknown on scorecard. I have fixed the scorecard, but the cumulative stats for the division did not update nor did the individual stats.

The sync files do not update stats. If you are referring to the stats on a Team Website, just do an Options -> Export. To get the scorecard to update on a team website, just email the scorecard to yourself and the server saves a copy to make available for viewers on the team website.

As I stated it has already been exported and my understanding is it has to be queued for export before it will export the game. When we initially end a game it goes into the Queued for Export section under Data Synchronization. Once exported it drops to Already Sent. I was hoping I could get it to go back to Queued for Sending and send with update. As I stated the score card is correct, just not the stats.

The stats get updated after we export and no other interaction, so I assume that is what is populating the overall division stats and individual stats.

We are saying that the Synchronization process is not the way to update the server. You need to tap the Options button in iScore, then tap Export to send your data to the server and update statistics online for a website. If you want to email your customer ID to us at support@iscoresports.com and the URL of the team website after you have done an Options -> Export, we can check your data to see what we find.
