Problem with Handedness Switching Randomly in Game

My son started switch hitting this year. I decided to purchase the TruMedia add on so that he could get a sense of where his weaknesses are in his left handed swing. Oddly enough, TruMedia was telling me that he was facing left handed batters that he was not or taking right handed swings that he has not (there seems to be a paucity of left handed pitchers in Colorado at 12U. We have three on our team and we've seen a grand total of 3 others across 61 travel ball games). Anyway, the point is that when I went to investigate, I found that TruMedia wasn't wrong. Somehow, in some games, the handedness of the pitcher/batter gets switch in a 3rd strike or out situation.

Originally I thought that this was because my son was formerly a right handed batter and is now a switch hitter. However, after looking at his teammates, some of the kids who are left or right handed only are showing a handful of swings from their off hand. It generally seems to be related to a third strike or an out situation. That's all the information that I have at the moment.

Wondering if this got fixed in the most recent update. Is there a list of fixes posted somewhere?

We have still not been able to reproduce this issue. If you have the absolute simplest set of steps to reproduce this when starting with a new game, we can try and follow those exact steps on a device here to see if we can reproduce the issue.
