Add game duration to box score

It would be a cool feature to add the game duration to the plain text box score that gets emailed out.

I've been adding it manually:

1982 MILWAUKEE (2) AT 1982 TORONTO (4)
Game #: 1/162
Duration: 45 min
1982 MILWAUKEE AB R H BI 1982 TORONTO AB R H BI
...etc...
