Lost Account Information when Performing Firmware Update

Post by rhino6465 » Mon Aug 11, 2014 10:58 pm

I performed a firmware update on my Samsung Tab 3. I backed up per the Samsung tool and I had already backed up my data to the iscore server. The account information for my account is gone and I do not have a clue what the number was. Is there a way to recover that information so I can put the data back on my tablet?

Thank you,

If you used a backup tool, using the restore option of that tool should restore any iScore data as well.

If you have done an Options -> Export form iScore, that would also store the data on our servers. If you email us whatever information you have about your old account (email you may have registered with, email you may have sent stats to), we can likely find your old customer ID and data for you. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.
