Unable to add a missed error

Post by Lets Play 2 Today » Sun Aug 03, 2014 9:06 am

In the first inning the 3rd batter hit a foul pop up to the third baseman.
The third baseman dropped the ball for an error.
This was not notated in the scorebook so it was missed when entering the game into iScore.
When reviewing the results, it was noticed and we attempted to fix.
In this particular case it would not have affected any subsequent scoring as this batter ultimately struck out.
For accuracy we do want to record the fielding error.

Using pitch by pitch edit we were able to add a note with respect to the error but we were not able to assign the error.
In the Team Fielding area there is only one stat bolded that won't allow us to edit - ERR.
PO, A, even G can be edited but not ERR.

So how do we assign this first inning error to the third baseman?

Editing stats is correct method in this case.

Bold fields are calculations from other fields. In this case, Et (error throwing) plus Ef (error fielding). You can edit Ef +1.

Thank you, that did the trick.

I had the settings set to only show the calculated ERR field.
Added the EF field so I could increment and it now credits the individual player with the error in the box score and the season stats.

It doesn't however, show up in the team totals in the box score.
