NEED TO SETUP A NEW ISCORE ACCOUNT
Someone on our team was the administrator of the ISCORE account with their email and name as the user. My device was setup to share/link with theirs. However they have since left the team and now I need to know how I can make my device the primary device and setup a new account with my own device so that I can start fresh especially with the new Fall season coming up. I have already downloaded the team stats for the season via an excel file.

Re: NEED TO SETUP A NEW ISCORE ACCOUNT
If you are saying you want to transfer iScore data from another person's device to yours, you would need them to share their customer ID / password with you, and use data sharing as described here:
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... _share.php
If you are saying that person had a team website for your team, and you would like to transfer that team website to your device, they would be able to do that by following the instructions here:
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... device.php
If you want to import stats to your device without transferring actual games scored by iScore, you can use the CSV import as described here:
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... _stats.php

Re: NEED TO SETUP A NEW ISCORE ACCOUNT
I need to setup a brand new account all together. The current account has the other persons email/name information and they are no longer with the team. They are not being cooperative and are not going to help with any transferring of information, etc... I need to start fresh, over, new, etc... I am currently Data Sharing with them and no longer wish to do so. I have already downloaded the stats from the site in an excel format. How can I establish a new account so I can export and control the stats myself and setup a new team website as well. Thank you.
Re: NEED TO SETUP A NEW ISCORE ACCOUNT
If you have purchased Iscore on YOUR device . You already have your own Unique customer ID
Just create a new team and purchase a team web site for new team
If you gave the other party your admin password , change it ASAP, you can change it from your device OPTION > ADMIN WEB SITE
Also Double check Your registration info , is correct
, from your device OPTION > REGISTER
If not correct , update it on THE ADMIN WEB SITE
Creat a new team
( in team manager > add)
OPTION > EXPORT
( so new team shows up on admin site)
Log into your admin web site
AND Purchase a new TEAM WEB SITE
Configure and manage the new site as you want
You can use Admim site to import prior stats from excel (CSV fe) if you want
( the last link in supports response explains how to)
