hit locations not displaying on web site

hit locations not displaying on web site

Looking at hit locations from the web site (Windows 8), I cannot pull up hit locations for most players from all three possible ways: (1) Games | Hit location (2) Statistics | Hit locations or (3) Statistics | Specific Player | Hit locations. It brings up a blank page instead.
