Dropped 3rd Strike

For scoring purposes, it doesn't matter if the catcher drops the 3rd strike or the pitch is in the dirt; however, for tracking batter's chasing pitches or catchers flat out dropping pitches should be addressed. ie. "Ball in the dirt" or "Dropped 3rd strike."

You can add a note to the pitch if you would like saying that a batter chased a pitch. We don't have any "batter chased the pitch" tracking in the system, but notes would let you see that.
