Using version v4.224 on a Galaxy S3. Pitch counts would not update in the team stats during the game. When I need to check those to compare with our team, the numbers were drastically off. Then, after the game ended, the team names disappeared on the game manager screen. The score was there, but no team names. Then, when I clicked the game, only the other team's stats were there (although my team's season stats included that game in the numbers. Now, the game is gone from my phone, but the score still appears on iscorecast.com (without team names). But we you click that game on iscorecast, it says it is waiting on the game to start.
I would like to get those stats back, if possible.

The first thing to always check when it seems things have "disappeared" is League Manager. Be sure you have the "ALL" league turned on in League Manager and see if the data is then available. If that does not help, please do an Options -> Export in iScore and send an email to support@iscoresports.com with your Customer ID (found on Options screen) and which game you are having an issue with, and we will take a look.
