New players not showing up on team website roster

I have added new players to my team roster. Player manager and team manager show them as active, and in the correct league. Admin website shows them properly.
Team website (Roster) does not show them, even when I change the settings to show all players, show only active players, or filter by league. I have exported numerous times with no change. I also notice that my website show players that I no longer have in either the admin website, or on team / player manager. is this sync or cache issue? We have not played any games yet, so the new players have not been added to any game rosters. My device is an android running v4.44.224

It sounds like your website is linked either to an old customer ID (did you get a new device?) or to the wrong team (did you create a new team)? If you email us your customer ID and URL of the team website, we can take a look.
