2014 MLB Rosters?

I was looking to begin scoring a few spring training games to get into the swing of things before the seasons starts. I purchased the 2014 MLB rosters. When I go into my application on my phone and tablet it shows the Refresh Button with "New Data", but when I hit the refresh button it immediately goes to current, but doesn't download anything (on either device). Is this related to the server issues or have the 2014 MLB rosters not been compiled yet? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

The rosters have been working fine. They will not be truly useful until the regular season begins, but you should be getting updates. You may want to check League Manager and be sure the MLB leagues are ON on your device. If this does not help, please do an Options -> Export in iScore and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and we can take a look at your data to see what is going on.

I will e-mail support, but it does not allow me to turn the rosters on because they aren't there to turn on. I have the options for the 2013 rosters from last year, but no 2014 on any of my devices. In the account settings on the website, the 2014 are checkmarked on both. And the "Refresh" button appears on the application, but it isn't downloading anything.
