I am pretty sure I know the answer to this, but....
IScore on IPAD was running slow, so I did the hard reboot of the IPAD (Held home and power button)
When the device restarted and I opened IScore, there is no data-- no Leagues-- nothing.
I haven't exported in 3 days and 3 games ago. Is there any chance that data can be recovered?

Re: Data Lost
Restarting the device with home and power would not erase your data. Try going to League Manager and make sure the ALL league is turned ON. Then check your data. If it is still not showing, do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and we can take a look at your data.

Re: Data Lost
When I open IScore and go to League Manager, there are NO leagues at all. The only thing visible is a row titled "Add a League"

OK... do an Options -> Export and email us and we will take a look at your data. If you did the reboot while the device was writing data to the database, it can corrupt the database. We can recover the data for you. Just export and email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com with a note on what happened and we can take a look.

Re: Data Lost
I am confident Support will get your database back (but the last three games may be an issue)
Is there any chance you iscorecast your games ? If so they definitely can be recovered. Otherwise the fate of last three depends on your data options> synchronization settings and internet connectivity
Remeber we still recommend export after game

Re: Data Lost
Support did recover the last 3 games and I learned a valuable lesson.
1. Always export after each completed game.
2. Never do a hard reboot of your IPAD while in the middle of a game.
Thanks, Jim
