1st time attempts on Admin website won't allow me to log in.

1st time attempts on Admin website won't allow me to log in.

Created account about 1 week ago, and tried to login to the admin website. The error message said "Unrecognized customer ID."

What do you recommend to resolve?

Do an Options -> Export from within iScore and you will then be able to log in.
