Same player on many teams

Post by MCW » Sun Mar 02, 2014 6:05 am

Just started using iScore yesterday, nubee for sure! My son plays on 2 club teams and the high-school team. Is their a strategy for naming (like Alex-HS, Alex-DBW, Alex-DBG) to keep his participation separate? Is that necessary?
Or, when I assign him to a team (say his club team DBW, with his # from that team), then make a new team (say his HS team, with his # from that team) will iScore keep it all straight?
Eventually, I would like to see his statistics from each team separate, and then overall.
Thank you,
MCW

You should only create the player one time, and add that player to the different teams. You can then view stats for the individual teams, or you can view the player card to see the player's stats across all teams.
Check out the new iScore Baseball documentation page!
Includes videos and user manual.

Echo, one player.

When you view team stats will see for that team ..

You also want to learn about leagues . They are a way to group games and view stats by group .you group games in leagues ( eg school, summer, freshman , senior etc) and then you turn on/off leagues to see in player manager stats byleague .See the documentation for more info on leagues .
