transfer my info on my iTouch to Galaxy Note 10.1 ???

I have been using my iTouch for my score keeping. I was lucky enough to have Santa bring me a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. I want to take my info on my iTouch and transfer it to my Note...I have bought a version of iScore for my Note...but, I can't figure out how to transfer the info from my iTouch to my Note...is that possible? Many thanks!

The easiest way is to register both devices to a common email account, and then use the Transfer All Data option. See the following link:
