Hit Location not working on Admin Website

Post by bcc69 » Tue Sep 10, 2013 7:52 pm

When I click on hit location on my admin website, I get the message "failed to load PDF document"
Am I doing something wrong? Is there also away to view the spray chart for the team on the ipad?

Viewing the hit charts for a full team is only available on the Admin website. You can view individual hit charts on the device itself.

If you email the customer ID and team to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look to see why the hit charts are not coming up.

I just tried and it worked fine on my computer set up. .

on admin site, when you click "hit locations" you should get a pop up box with filter options.. do you get that?

then after selecting options , when you "run Report" it should generate in a new window in your web browser. Is that where you get " failed to load PDF document" - if so sounds like potentially a non standard web browser or device configuration issue . what browser/device where you trying to view on?

There was an issue with this user's data that was causing a problem in the PDF generation. We fixed the code so that similar issues in data won't cause the problem any more.
