HELP. I lost everything from last season, even the ap.
I was looking for last year's stats on my iPad and could not find the ap. I was able to get the ap re-installed but everything is as if I'm starting over as a complete new user.
I know that all my data was stored somewhere in cyberspace at the end of last season. How do I begin to go about getting it back?
HELP!

Re: Lost Everything
When you remove any application from a device, it also removes the data.
If you have done an Options -> Export last year, then the data would still be on our server. You might be able to do an Options -> Import to retrieve your last exported data. If that does not work, email us at support@iscoresports.com with the customer ID found in iScore on the Options -> Admin Website screen and we will see what we can find.

If Option > Import works.. Let us know..
If it does not, you will need to email FTM with your "customer/device ID" (find it at Options > Admin Web Site ) and they can often go back and find a prior back up of your data base.
the trick is they need the "Device/Customer ID "as it was "last season" and If you changed physical devices (eg IPAD 2 to iPad 3 or reset/ wiped your iPad), the device ID on the device will have changed. .Is there a chance you are using a new device or "wiped" or "reset" your iPad since last season ? If that is the case, Option > Admin Web site will give you the new ID and need to let FTM know both the old and new customer/device ID . If you do not know your old device ID, if you have a team web site subscription that was associated with the old device, FTM can often use that information to back trace it to the device ID.. again, information they would need in email to FTM support.
