When my game was finished I exported my device (an HTC Desire) but the scorecard on iscorecentral.com does not show what my last batter did.
I have tried exporting it multiple times but it is still the same.

I figured it out.
The export settings are the same as the email settings. So since I only email the visitor stats it only uploaded the visitor stats. This was causing my final batter in the 9th to not be shown on the scorecard (the bottom of the 9th wasn't played, we lost
)
Once I emailed visitor and home to myself and exported again the final batter is now shown on the download from iscorecentral.com
