update not loading

I see version 2.21 was released today, however with both my phone and my iTunes, the update does seem to have some sort of bug. On both my phone and my computer, it tells me I have an update available for iScore, I download it and it seems to install....yet when I check for updates it still tells me a new update is available. I have downloaded the update 5 times on both my computer and phone, and it still continues to tell me a new update is available for download. So either the new update isn't sticking, or somehow it isn't recognizing that the new update has already been installed.

Same with me, I still show 2.20.56. What are we missing?

Apple has been having App Store issues the last couple of weeks... it looks like they have been updating the look of iTunes (for anyone that uses iTunes, if you go to the App Store, you will see what you mean).

As a result of these changes, the applications sometimes roll out to the servers slower than they used to, but eventually they do get out.

Hopefully it will be resolved soon, and everyone will be able to get the update.

There are no new "features" in this release, but we did find a memory leak that could effect Team Stats reporting with a large number of games.

I haven't had this issue with any other app but iScore, have downloaded a few updates that were just released today as well, and they all worked with no problems. Kind of annoying to have it keep telling me there is an available update, yet the update will not load, so hope we can get this issue fixed soon.

We hope so too... we have no control over the App Store, but we do know that at least some customers have received the latest update as they have emailed us letting us know that their issue with Team Stats with a large number of games scored is now fixed.

It finally worked for me a few minutes ago (after failing several times during the day to install) so maybe it's fixed. I did have one other app (out of 15! to update - and I checked just a couple of days ago) that wouldn't load the first couple of tries either.

It just worked for me too. So glad to hear this wasn't a deal with the app as much as it was with iTunes. Thanks for the quick replies to my questions on here as well, it was really appreciated.
