Players not added to a team?

Post by AlexPyle » Wed Jun 05, 2013 9:10 am

How do you add players to a team and have them stay on it? I'm talking opposing players from their respective teams. We have played some teams and are now playing them a second time. I went to put in their batting order and the app asked me if I wanted to quick add the other team. I hoped it would remember them and their team for batting charts etc.

What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

Sounds like you may have added players to a game lineup but not to the team roster. You can go back to the game with the players and go to pitch-by-pitch editing. Go to starting line up at the beginning and press options-copy lineup to roster. This will save any changes you made to the lineup to the team roster.

Game lineup and rosters are different data files. iscore uses the team roster to initially populate the game lineup when a game is created but changes to the game lineup will not be saved back to the roster unless you do that extra step.
